Educational Facility Water Damage

SERVPRO of Bellaire, Kalkaska, Lake City & Grayling recently handled a large water loss situation at a local educational facility. The water loss was a result of an overhead pipe break in one of the classrooms. SERVPRO was there right away to perform emergency mitigation services which included; cleaning up the immediate mess, performing demolition services on the wet drywall, removing wet ceiling tiles and insulation, extracting any standing water, boxing and sorting contents, and setting equipment. SERVPRO will return for post construction cleaning services after the blown in insulation and dust from the repairs is made.
