Water Damage to Schools in Northern Michigan

After experiencing an abundant amount of snow days due to frigid temperatures and snowstorms in Northern Michigan, the temperature finally took a toll on this school. A broken pipe due to cold temperatures caused water damage throughout hallways and the auditorium in this school.  We were on site that day to meet with the Head of Maintenance and Superintendent and to start emergency mitigation including water extraction, setting equipment and our Commercial Desiccant Dehumidifier. The after picture is showing the hallways once the water has been extracted and our Commercial Desiccant has been set up and is drying out the structure. 

With our fast emergency response and our commercial mitigation capabilities, we were able to help this educational facility ensure minimal interruption to their curriculum.
