Fire Awareness Month

In collaboration with the National Fire Protection Association, we at SERVPRO are trying to raise awareness on this year's theme for Fire Awareness Month which is cooking safety. The National Fire Protection Association reports that cooking is the leading cause of home fires and home fire injuries. With that said, the NFPA reports that Thanksgiving is the leading day for fires involving cooking equipment. To make sure you are prepared and also cooking safely, the following link has been provided by the National Fire Protection Association which includes cooking and fire safety tips.
