Getting help in the timely fashion necessary to prevent serious issues when the damage affects so many is near impossible. We caught the issue hours before others and still hadn't heard from local places we called before Dan said he was venturing southward. While we gathered enough affected friends to keep them busy, they took on even more as I'm sure it is so very hard to deny people that need help and ask when they see you. They have worked tirelessly and watching Dan orchestrate everything in so many sites so seamlessly and in such an organized manner has been amazing. We've lost many items and 2 vehicles, but never our patience when we had such a great team on our side.

We never saw the damage to our home, but Shawn couldn't have been more helpful long distance. She kept us up to date with many calls, texts, and pictures. She was very professional yet empathetic. We couldn't have had a better Project Manager. I highly recommend her.

He is a very talented young man with an awesome work ethic. Hard to find these days! Josh also did a great job putting together the emergency folder for us to be able to get our hands on quickly.

KorthaseFlinn operates 5 offices and SERVPRO has always done a great job helping us with any issues we may have. Recently, one of our facilities experienced sewer back-up and flooding. SERVPRO was right there making sure everything was cleaned, disinfected, and deodorized. Awesome job!!
