I was impressed with the customer service and the front desk handing it off to the project manager Josh, to quickly perform the immediate services to handle the water restoration. 

Don’t call anyone else for your flood clean up or contracting work. Our condo flooded while we were 2,000 miles away and had to be taken down to the studs and totally redone. When we hired Doug Bailey and SERVPRO, they took charge and got it done well, and right! We trust Doug and his team without question. Doug is a man of his word, and so are the people he hires. Save yourself some time and agony and hire Doug and SERVPRO first!

Great service from SERVPRO! I had a leak in my upstairs bathroom that also damaged the bathroom directly below. SERVPRO's immediate response very much helped to relieve a stressful situation. The SERVPRO team was fast, friendly, and knowledgeable. Thank you SERVPRO. Great job!

Josh and crew were extremely responsive (during a pandemic!), professional, and personable in taking care of extensive water damage in our daughter's bedroom. If I could leave more than 5 stars I would.
